We’ll walk you through the entire building process, from site preparation to final construction, ensuring you understand each phase. 2. Site visit and Finalize Floor plan
After the initial consultation, the next step is an on-site visit to your chosen lot to determine the ideal placement for your home. During this visit, our team will evaluate key features of the property, such as terrain, views, natural light, and accessibility, to help you decide where to position your floorplan for maximum comfort and curb appeal.
We’ll work together to map out important aspects like driveway placement, outdoor living spaces, and how your home will sit in relation to the surrounding environment. If you don’t already own a lot, our team can assist you in finding the perfect piece of land that meets your needs and complements your vision. 3. Financing and New Construction Contract
After completing the initial consultation and on-site visit, the next step is applying for financing through our preferred new construction lending team. Our trusted lending partners specialize in construction loans and will guide you through the application process, ensuring you understand your options and secure the best financing for your new home.
Once financing is approved, we’ll schedule a meeting to finalize the new construction contract. During this meeting, we’ll review every detail of your custom home plan, including the finalized floor plan, finishes, and build timeline. 4. Build Your Dream Home with Brije
With financing secured and the construction contract finalized, it’s time to build your dream home with Brije Homes.
